What's the problem with itzy?

    I mean when they first debuted they had barely any competition, but now they have so much, aespa, lesserafim, new jeans, IVE, stayc, honestly they're just getting overshadowed by much better acts with much better music. I think people just moved on from them when other groups started debuting. Their a talented group but their vocals are nothing special and their music is just lackluster at best.

    Exactly, and those songs got moderate attention which proves that. Sneakers was good & cake was okay, but it didn't really catch people's attention as it probably should've or could've. And what does JYPE do? Release NOMB & BTB, like what? Ngl, I was kinda bored during those comebacks. It felt like they were trying too hard plus the marketing is so bad.


    The songs are listenable at least, they're not that bad at all actually. It's mainly the lack of distinguishability & marketing. Definitely marketing. God, JYPE's marketing is actually dogshit. We've all known this for years, but it's becoming even more apparent recently.

    when they debuted they had little competition and their songs were good (some were great) but the question is have their songs choices and quality improved compared to that of their peers?


    I still like itzy and they'll still be my favs but whereas I'll say some groups have continued to improve (or just debut) itzy remains sorta the same and same just doesn't cut it anymore
