I really had to think of Kota from KID PHENOMENON but IDK if thats really him or nah but its hard since he is blonde on most pics that exist so far and since he debuted just 3 months ago it's more hard to get decent pics of him as of now

I see where you are coming from, especially the photo where he is holding the makeup, I wonder if they deleted the photo and it'll show up again in the future?
