zero promotions and ahyeon issue. there is no logical reason to ruin a debut from a company's perspective except if there is growing resentment in the company against yang hyun suk. There is also no logical reason to keep following a person who has failed massively in the last 5 years. to grow his company despite having blackpink.
yang hyun suk being found guilty is huge and it seems to me he thought he was going to get away with it when he prematurely announced his return.
Babymonster will probably never recover from this setback. this was yang's baby. He announced his return after burning sun mess through video introducing babymonster. He actively took part in production of the debut and his name all over the credits. YG entertainment will undergo major changes in the coming years for better or worse.
Babymonster is unfortunate to have a false start. YGE should get a new head to handle babymonster and future yg groups and they desperatedy need one more gg and bg to debut to succeed for 5th gen which is going to start in 2024. The company needs stability more than anything right now and the retirement of Yang hyun suk is long overdue. What a disgrace he has been these last few years still holding on to the company and still trying to run things.
