Am I the only one who finds most of MAMA performances cringe and overdone?

Last year it felt a bit like the companies went all in for MMA and gave a tiny bit lower priority for MAMA stages. For example LSFM MMA performance was insane and while MAMA was amazing too it didn't seem like the main focus.

Will be interesting to see MMA stages next week. In the past MAMA used to have the better performances. I think part of it is also the logistics, it's simply easier for these Korean companies to put on a show in Korea compared to flying out all the staff and other equipment to Japan.

Are they still very short?

I like more the festival performances in December, they are more fun to watch

Yeah.. I feel like end year shows have stolen the hype, they are WAY more enjoyable. I keep thinking back to some 2017-2019 BTS award show performances and the ones today just don't compare at all. The scale was absolutely insane back then and they were the kind of performances you'd never see elsewhere.
