I don’t know if it’s been discussed, probably has as it’s not exactly new thinking, but don’t think YG waited to release the news of Blackpink contract extension until after the debut of BM to hope that a successful debut would cover for it. Assuming of course some members of BP don’t resign or only resign for group activities.
Did YG hold the news on BP Contract in the hopes a successful Babymonster debut would cushion whatever the contract result is?
