Pee. You can clear it out to the point where it's drinkable water. Plus, its coming from yourself, it shouldn't be too bad to consume it........
Poop has natural chemicals that might be toxic for the human body, even if it's your own. Plus it looks hella unappetizing. Pee looks like some sort of odd lemonade...
