Even if there isn't direct evidence there are plenty of justifiable reasons to investigate or arrest someone in suspicion of a crime being committed. A passed drug test, especially a superficial one, doesn't mean the investigation isn't justified.
LSG had call records, texts, witness testimony and financial records that warranted his investigation (which started as an investigation into someone else) and he admitted to doing drugs but is currently throwing out bullshit excuses to justify it.
Jiyongs arrest, not matter how much VIPs are trying to make it seem, doesn't look like some kind of political coverup. Like LSG, he was looking into as a result of a different ongoing investigation and 5 other people were arrested also. Whatever they have on him, likely call records or an informant, isn't known yet for obvious reasons but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist
