I think it is possible that for all 3 of them creative difference played big role in leaving, but what is interesting in Jinni and Jedam case is that they trained for so long and they left quite quickly after they debuted.

could be too but mashiho went on hiatus when he was still in treasure due to health reasons so maybe bc of that too. yedam probably somehow realized he's better off as a soloist than being in a group with 12 members. it happens
