Can you imagine being a boss, and then suddenly one of the workers randomly hugs you and says "It's Hug Your Boss Day today and I thought you maybe needed a hug."?
And well... I know that I wouldn't hug my boss because I don't go around hugging my co-workers.
By the way, I think that holiday is American, even though not an official one.
And I don't assume that every single American celebrates Hug Your Boss Day.
Maybe some of the bald eagles in this forum have never heard of this.
