Tbh at this point, it used to cause such outrage every time it happened but now I think people just gave up trying to protest this. All it does is cause arguments and then people start with more racist comments about both Asian and Black ppl.
Rap music has become commodified to the point where the lyrical content and meaning behind words doesn't seem to matter to people, especially to ppl who are not from the USA and don't understand the social and political context behind the N word.
It's like how people just sum everything up with the word "woke" now instead of just saying they hate diversity lol

It's also another reason why kpop relying so heavily on black culture becomes an issue.
The N word is so prominent that they can't help but say it sometimes. It's as common as "What's up" in rap and hip hop. No it doesn't make them racist but it still causes problems.
