There was even this person in the comments saying how he was impressed with how eloquently they expressed themselves and how times have changed.
and then there was a comment saying how they wish people were still this articulate.
Some of them seemed to blame it on "people read more books back then".
Perhaps they might also blame the internet and other stuff from nowadays for people having worse vocabulary.
I'm not sure whether I agree or disagree.
I do believe that I have troubles with vocabulary sometimes and also have troubles expressing myself using words, even though, ironically, I write stories and poems. When I was an early teen, I had been told by an assistant teacher that I had troubles communicating with other people.
