    I literally just saw this.

The girl was pretty much a defacto center of Izone, just as much as WY and Sakura towards the end. MNET clearly recognized her value :flower-cutie:

Look at her getting the center in the opening formation of SSOTS, then the first verse as well.

I wonder if she's regretting her choice. It's been two years since Izone and we've only seen her in one drama series :cryc: , it's been ages since we've seen her anything actually. This was the risk i mentioned when she first declined Hybe and chose acting... Hybe or Kpop in general was a guarantee for her. If she had gone solo instead of joining LSRFM, she would be selling 150k minimum at debut and maybe even more now as a soloist, with her fandom popularity, charisma and visuals alone. Until WY, Sakura, Karina and a few others debut solo, i think Minju would have been the top selling 4th gen soloist out there.

And we all know how successful she woulda been in LSRFM, they're already a top 5 GG in Kpop and making money hand over fist for Hybe.

However, after watching LSRFM in action, i do think she dodged a bullet by not accepting Hybe's offer. Minju had such a hard time learning choreo (she was fine in the actual performances) but dancing never seemed natural for her. LSRFM doesnt seem like a group that you'd want to be in if you dont live and breathe dance, that's for sure =O. I know she actually spent a night in Hybe's dorm with Chaewon, i wonder if Chaewon told her the scoops on what the expectations were from Hybe, which may have helped convince Minju to not sign up there.

  • I think, selling and money isn't her objective from the start. I still remember that she actually join pd48 not because she wants to, but because of her company. Now that she had the freedom of choice, it's understandable that she choose her own path...

Minju had such a hard time learning choreo (she was fine in the actual performances) but dancing never seemed natural for her.

Actually I kinda disagree with this. Watching their predebut practice, they were trained to death. And if sakura can upgrade her skill, so do Minju. I mean, Minju is one of the F class in the show, the only bunch of Korean trainees that are dumped there, getting a label "she is just pretty" and then later on she catched up with the rest of the participants in terms of performance too.

Idk about you, but I never find that her dance feel awkward.

I think her problem is more about confidence, which actually already bumped up in izone...

So yeah, I actually afraid to see how strong it is if le sserafim is consisting of Minju, Chaewon, and Sakura with Minju being the center. I think they will have full support from wizone and the gp will be split into half Wonyoung's and half Minju's
