because he's trying to build hype for the Girls
but among every kpop fans i know irl even YG stan he seems to do the contrary, lot of people seems to not care as much than they used to do when he dropped the first teaser because of this pre-debut promo who keep getting dragged on the time
also i wasn't a fan of the move he pull up with the lineup with rora and asa (i think it's their name, i'm not sure)
it just gave me the feels that he considered the girl as some after thought ( and i know some people will start saying yeah but JYP did the same move with Twice but it's different, because JYP way of doings seems more "genuine" )
