Anyone seen Taxi Driver S2, did it really tell a story of Burning Sun scandal, and was it good?

I enjoyed season 1 but season 2 was a bit of a downgrade compared to the 1st. I did still enjoy it but season 1 was so much better. That said, I will watch season 3 especially if that cameo is returning for S3 too.

Re the ‘Black Sun’ case, it was a light adaptation re the criminal activities using a club with people of influence but nothing else was from the real case.

Season 2 had its moments, but honestly, it felt a bit recycled with new cases slapped on. They did touch on the Burning Sun thing, but it was more like a loose nod to the scandal rather than a deep dive into it. The ‘Black Sun’ case had some shady club vibes and influential figures involved, but that’s about as far as it went.

If you’re just looking for something to watch, you might enjoy it for the drama and action, but don’t go in expecting anything groundbreaking. I actually ended up watching random stuff afterward to kill time, like checking out airport taxi services for an upcoming trip—talk about a mood shift.
