Well... NMIXX's "Young, Dumb, Stupid" uses the melody on Frère Jacques.
And I was randomly also being on youtube searching that song and ended up finding this song too.
This song used the title from the children's song and also a bit of the lyrics.
But it wasn't using the melody.
