I like the Harvey, Cocona, and Maya rap cypher. I highly recommend their team give them ALL the rapping parts for the most effective sounding/feeling execution in XG songs.
All of the ladies can do "sing rap" parts, but anybody outside of the XG rap cypher should be mostly singing. Jurin doing rap parts doesn't feel vibey enough. The frequency doesn't match.
