I reread your first post, to see if I'd misinterpreted it: I'm guessing you meant instead that no other girl group since TWICE had ranked as high as they did (which was 2nd spot in 2018 on the list)? If that's what you meant, then that's true, BP's highest spot so far has been 3rd on Gallup.
