I'm too lazy to fully translate but basicly said a German guy who is reffered to as " Dr. Blume" went against Twitter. The claim was that with the new system it is too much open for hatespeech and that would go against German laws who stricktly prohibit the use of hatespeech. The same thing allready happend in a lawsuit against Facebook before. So basicly if you go and report hatespeech they make themselves punishable if they don't take the case serious. Twitter tried to defend themself with "It's not something we can do since we have way too many users" The district court Frankfurt said that Twitter also didn't accepted a speech in wich both parties involved in the issue talk with eachother about the issue, wich also makes the case looking quit bad on Twitter's end.
