Mean or not mean, it does look terrible. She doesn't have bone structure to pull off buccal fat removal. It worked for bella because her cheeks are higher which isn't the case with lea. And this can't be undone, it is how it is. She'll eventually start using fillers and her face will look puffy.
I followed a plastic surgeon on youtube for some time and he always talked about how plastic surgery should make you look better and not strange. It should look natural and unnoticeable. Madonna is one of the people who looks strange and weird, and adele looks great.
Unless ofc you are into fake aesthetic, some like that look 
oversized lips, boobs and butts. I don't get it but i hope they are at least happy
