Try mercari.
Instagram and twitter can also be good options.
I think you'd just list what you have and ship it when you get a sale. If you mail through the USPS, you can get a tracking number, which can be helpful.
Having sleeves to put the cards in is also very useful for shipment. To like, protect the cards and all.
As for pricing, I'd look around at how other people are charging for the same cards, and go from there. Up to you if you want to increase it or decrease it.

Thank you!!
I bought some sleeves a while back but they have like holographic sort of stars on them and are kind of thin, do you think those would do or should I go out and buy some of those heavy-duty football card sleeves?

I think those are fine personally!

People sell on instagram, twitter, mercari and ebay.
Personally I use Mercari. I charge them basic shipping and print out my own labels so that way no one can say they never received anything.
the sleeves are okay it doesn't matter if they are decorative but you want to get the plastic cases as well to protect them further, usually when i do this i get the 6 x 9 envelopes and put cardboard in between the pc as well, this prevents any bending/damage.
if you need an example here's my mercari
Mercari seems more reputable than Ebay now, but it still charges you a fee. You also don't get the money until the buyer rates you which is another reason i charge shipping. otherwise i won't be able to mail anything 'cause i won't have the money.

I've had success selling kpop photocards and albums on Mercari. There's also ebay, but I find Mercari easier to use. Just make sure to be accurate in your descriptions and show in pictures if there's any damages. That way people know exactly what they're buying and can't say you didn't tell them about the condition.
