    If Blackpink doesn’t have a year haitus and comeback next year the hype would be huge since nobody would expect it. I’d say they’d reach bigger heights

    That's what I waited for. For the recent cb, they hype died down quickly especially for shutdown. It's time to see whether Yg is right with how they promoting Bp as an occasional musician to built the hype or fans are right, with their theory that Bp will be bigger with more cb.

    Their recent comeback had a huge gap from previous one and hype already died, no one cared outside of the fandom. Now imagine if they made comebacks consistently.

    there's no option to pick if your option is only 1 group lol. if YG produced 2 more groups within the 5 years of BP, do you think they will still be as popular or their fanbase will be divided? YG is smart, they kept BP and always hint a new group debut, but they won't because right now BP is cash king. their investment is doing extremely well. their fanbase is already solidified so more comeback or less comeback, it will be the same. within million of fans, 1000 more 'new' fans won't make a difference, you know what i mean?

    If Blackpink just release their same type of songs about bragging and nothing else then im sure their notoriety will fade pretty quick. It’s gonna get stale so fast
