You mean solo stans? In my experience, they do stan other groups and they choose one member of BTS and try to pit him against the other members. Or they victimise the member they claim to stan because they would like to see BTS disband and they think that spreading those lies would tear the members apart.
It looks like we have a new nickname for BTS members...
