Kep1er, Treasure and Enhypen: flops in Korea but top groups in Japan. Why so?

They can’t crack top 200 in Korea and are ignored but has the biggest tours and sales in Japan among 4th gen groups. Why the opposite reaction in 2 countries?

I was considering making a thread asking who are the top 4th gen groups in Japan and then i saw this thread where anon op said these 3 groups are the top groups in Japan. Is it true?

Btw national success has nothing to do with being capable of touring, no? Be it Japan or any other country. It is quite surprising, but that's it.
