Are you shocked how much NewJeans is pushed in fashion, compared to other Hybe groups?

  • Yes but what Yeonjun is doing seems standard for most Kpop idols. Every idols post a few ads on Instagram, show up to popups. But NewJeans secure the bigger jobs. Like why have no one in 4th gen become ambassador for Gucci but Hanni can do it 2 months after debut? Not to mention all members of NewJeans have fashion jobs. Hyein the youngest appear on Vogue cover sponsored by Louis Vuitton but where are the magazine covers for Eunchae and Huening Kai? Why can NewJeans already represent Dior, LV, Gucci, all the most expensive brands yet Kazuha is modeling for Etude House, obviously a smaller brand? Im just saying NewJeans definitely push harder into fashion than current 4th gen groups, who just do pretty standard stuff.

All members of New Jeans have fashion jobs? Can you actually list them here? Cuz from your thread it’s only Hani, Danielle and Hyein? The others are group projects.

Yeonjun is pretty on par with what NewJeans is doing (solo members wise), just one step below.

But those brands you named, he's done personal magazine shoots for Dior, he had a exclusive sponsored solo magazine shoot for Burberry, he's doing just what Danielle is doing and at different pop up events for fashion too, and they do give him exclusive clothes to wear that hasn't come out yet, for him to represent like Gucci-Burberry-Celine.

Only difference is he hasn't become a brand ambassador for one yet, but same could be said about the other girls in NewJeans besides Hanni. And NewJeans are also working with a lot of Korean brands too, which is more in your face, while Yeonjuns is international brands- not anything domestic I believe.

And for 4th gen males, I feel like Yeonjun is doing more than most (solo wise).

Honestly I think he'll become a ambassador for a big brand soon.

He's already a brand ambassador for EXO Baekhyun clothing line, but obviously that's a smaller brand lol.

I think it’s already pretty amazing Kazuha got the Etude House gig. Etude House is a popular brand in Korea. What more do you want? You have such high expectations for them to be treated the same when you already know their groups are all from different labels and managed differently… Also, probably the creative director girl of NJ has more connections than everyone in Source.
