Also BlackPink fanbase as well was saying that BlackPink is gonna get best pop album and best duo/group nominations..................... Idk what they was thinking.

Straykids is not even known outside their fandom. So, why would the voters give them a nod? Even if they change their noise music to a listenable one, it just won't happen for them. Blackpink has been ignored by voters for years and if they cannot get it on 2020 wherein they had more presence in the industry & with the help of western collabs, then they won't get it now. Their music is the definition of Kpop with 3 songs smash into 1. They don't even have a hit song like BTS to guarantee a NOD.

Meanwhile, no matter what Kpop stans say about BTS and their 'generic' songs they have made a significant impact and relevancy in the industry, not only in certain markets. It's just hard to ignore them.
