Earlier this year Tomoaki Ando of the JPop-group Orbit was send on hiatus and came back this month after being gone for about 5 months.
For everyone who needs a heads up on what has happend:
Earlier this year Tomoaki's 10 year older ex. girlfriend was send to hospital. Later on the police arived to investigate since she was heavly injured. She apparently told the police that this was due to Tomoaki who apparently fought with her and grabed her roughly and injured her a lot. She also had claimed that this was not the first time and that he would've been very abusive to her. She had several claims about his behavier. He would've been drunk around her all the time, yelled at her, slaped her, etc. and she also claimed he tried to se*ualy abuse her and whats not.
After the police started to investigate, Tomoaki's agency Dream Passport found out about it and asked him what has happend since they apparently knew he had dated this woman before and it made of cause the agency confused.
Tomoaki claimed he had met her in the end of 2019 shortly after he had apeard on the survival show Produce 101 Japan season 1. She was allready in her 30s and acording to Tomoaki mental sick. He said she would've shizophrenia and told him all the time how unhappy she was and that she wanted to k*ll herself. To calm her down he proposed to her not long after they started dating and moved in with her. He said he never did any harm to her and that she was actually the one who did harm him. Tomoaki said after he had proposed to her she would've started to stalk him and allways got mad at him when he wasn't telling her where he had gone when he wasn't at work or at home. He than figured out that she was stalking him and tried to hide from her.
Acording to Tomoaki on the day she went to hospital she had followed him once more even tho they allready had broken up and he was not liking it as he noticed how she was following him, so he went to her to talk to her about it but she begun to fight with him, so the bruise she got on her arm from him was apparently just cause he tried to defend himself since she wanted to slap him and he tried to get her arm away so she can't slap him. Tomoaki said this should've actually not be a reason to go to a hospital but she went to the hospital acording to him since he said she tried to jump off of a building later on and that she also told it to him before.
His agency put him on hiatus after what had happend since they were not sure who to belive and said they would wait till the entire case has cleared out.
As it looks like Tomoaki was in the right, because he is now back with his group and especially his member Yoondong seems to be happy to have him back.

But for me it seems like that he most likly only talked to the members who are in Japan aka. June, Yoondong, Shunya and Yugo, but not those who are in Korea right now, unless he might've called them on their phones
