In general, a kid must be fed. Unless he is pushing obese and ending up with health problems he gotta eat as much as he is eating.
I recommend looking into food banks and other resources to supplement the household income.

if its due to a medication he can't help it this is a kpop forum not a medical forum. He needs to speak with his doctor. Thats a bit personal to just throw around randomly on a forum imo. Medication has varying effects on people...jesus christ

He is obese already. Oh, and where can I find a food bank without going to a church? I know only 2 churches that did (and probably still do) this, but I don't want to go to church.
