Am I a disgrace?

  • I wanted to get other peoples opinions on this because as I grow up, I want to get in touch with my French roots but I didn’t grow up there. I can’t speak French adequately at all anymore. I don’t know much about the culture or the history of the country. I just feel so ashamed and want to try my best. I feel French and I can’t talk to anyone in the language of my parents (I guess at least on one side).
