YGK+ is an interesting case. Originally, it was called just "K-Plus". Formed by a former model Go Eunkyung back in 2008, it was a modeling agency exclusively at the time.
Six years later they had sort of a merger with YG and became their subsidiary.
Cha Seungwon was Go's former protégé and a model, and he became a successful actor after it. He was signed onto the acting part of the company, to train some of the models for future acting careers.
Lee Sungkyung is under the company. Lee Soohyuk! Jang Kiyong, Kim Hyunjin, Viini, Lee Hojung, Joo Woojae, many others as well.
