In my 14 years of kpop journey, for the first time I am stanning a group predebut. Before I usually used to stan groups after 1 - 2 years of their career. Because after 1 - 2 years the group has sizable discography and generally their musical direction and concept is set. So it's easier for me to stan. It's funny because I have never understood the concept of predebut stanning, but here I am doing it now. Maybe it just felt to me more fun if I have with some group's journey from the beginning, from the zero, like witnessing how they all started, how they improved, how they evolved.
Actually, I didn't have any intention of stanning, but I was impressed by their predebut performances also I did like some of their predebut music. Also, I already got bias. So here, I am guess.
For the first time, I am feeling the excitement of what will be the group name, when they will debut, analysing the lyrics of their predebut music to get idea of their lore/concept, checking their sns everyday to get any clue of their debut, any content, watching their performances a lot while focusing only member at a time because we have no fancams, even watching other idol's fancams just to see my bias lol
It's exciting but at the same time there is like so much thoughts hovering in my brain, like what if they don't like their music when they debut, what if they get so much hate when they debut, what if they can't get the recognition they deserve, so much what ifs
Anyways, still its crazy how I am predebut stan. I have been watching these religiously lately.
