Teddy and the TBL producers work on Blackpink's stuff. Obviously, BP's comeback is why Somi hasn't done anything idol-related yet this year.
Not sure what the rest of the staff is doing other than the people involved in Somi's advertising work (she's had a ton of advertising work this year) and the people booking ZionT's gigs. Maybe some of TBL staff also work on BP's stuff.
They might be preparing to debut a girl group as well. Maybe that is the main reason why Teddy hired a CEO, so he could work on the GG, in addition to Blackpink and Somi.
