for me personally its at the 5th-6th-month mark that i know if i will be listening to the song for a long time
sometimes hype songs don't age well at all for me after a few months
Agree i think 6 month mark is good, but sometimes the song becoming boring and outdated some years after their release like David Guetta songs. Songs that really survive through the time like the music of the beatles for example is really very rare.
But I think it's also the nature of pop music to make songs that have a short lifespan.
