Yes it combines group + sub-units + solo sales. I know the digital+physical numbers are accurate for SNSD ~2017. No idea for streams. No idea for the other groups. I'm just thinking this is probably the source for the claim of the 2NE1 66 million sales on Wikipedia.

I don't agree with adding digital sales to album sales and counting it as total record sales, FYI.

Absolutely. If we're going to combine physical sales with downloads (and even streaming), the album-equivalent unit method needs to be employed.
