Why the public now want Bts to enlist unlike before?

In 2019/2020, Knetz mostly agree Bts should get exemption, yet now most want them to enlist. What changes?

Does the lack of Korean promos have anything to do with it? They were very targeted at America and the Grammys for a few years and not promoting much in Korea. They're a big enough group it shouldn't matter but would that affect public opinion?

Thing is most of those polls includes women for some reason, they really shouldnt have any say at all in this matter, nor should anyone that wont serve or didnt have to serve in the military.

They've announced they're going on hiatus and people are now moving to well if they're not doing group activities anyway they may as well just do their duty and enlist while everyone focuses on their solo careers.
