    bundles are allowed, you just have to sell the album for a minimum surcharge (so you can't JUST throw it in as a freebie but you can sell it as a "top on" for like 4 dollars or something).

    famously SuperM did this to boost their sales something crazy, but with them their concert tickets were already super cheap (bundling the initial $50 tix) so that was even more egregious.
