Do NMIXX TT's exist to scavenge other incomplete songs?

Sad to think about but maybe NMIXX TT's are built from scavenged parts that never quite make it to full song? Maybe this was JYP's way of recycling song sketches and ensuring nothing gets wasted? Big if true!

I agree, it's not that jarring production-wise, but my post is more about the process of actually picking which and how parts go together. Like are these 2 or 3 otherwise unfinished songs together, or like one complete song with one incomplete song spliced in, or something else
