When do we need this to be done? I think I can get on it right away tbh.

make a regular gif that size and i'll either teach you or crop it for you, it's very easy

only thing I don't know is how big it should be in kbs/mbs

Their positions are a little awkward...

It's unfortunate because from that video, there's only 3 shots of all of them together and 1 has two of the members cut off, and the other lasts only a few frames so it barely makes a gif
