I don't know about more popular, BUT JYP does seem to do more to keep the itzy girls always bubbling away in the public eye in some way. Even between comebacks they are doing a lot of fashion stuff, branding stuff and a ton of fan content. Whereas SM seems to keep aespa girls more quiet between comebacks.

Plus itzy girls give off much more charisma and personality, but thats SM's faul. The aespa girls always come across as a lot more "controlled".
