    I asssumed they never got a notice because if they had, it would have been exposed already.     BTS will be dragged for not doing their duty and serving and protecting their country. It's what young men are supposed to do for their country and is an honor. I know western fans don't understand how important it is in SK and just like the idea of their group getting an exemption but it will affect them in SK, maybe not with their hardcore fans, but the GP will definitely react differently to them.


    Why do you think it's taking them so long to make the final decision? If it was no big deal it would have been announced already but it is a big deal for them to get an exemption from the SK military because of western achievements. I know a lot of people around me who don't understand why we should care so much about what they did overseas. The government likes it because it supposedly helps them with international relations and the media blow it up because it's something to report, but the general public don't care that much about what america thinks.

Their achievements in SK aren’t more impressive than BTS’ achievements in SK. How biased to dismiss BTS’ achievements in SK music charts, sales, and awards. Your narrative is not reality.     If they don't go their image will be forever tarnished, and that's how it will be and should be. Time to man up and do whats right. It not a good look at all.

    The odd part is that the whole group could've been back by now. They could've gotten this over with, avoided the drama, and moved on with their lives.

Direct your anger at the people who can actually do something about the mandatory enlistment instead of dragging BTS. This is exactly the kind of situation UGH is about.
