Why is Min Heejin the only woman that can compete with men?

All high paying Kpop executives are men, JYP, Bang Sihyuk, Lee Sooman, Teddy, YG,… and they’re all music producers. Min Heejin is the only woman who can compete with them. How does she do it when she’s just a graphic designer?

It has nothing to do with the fact she's a woman, but rather that hybe likes taking accomplished people from other companies.

Because kpop will probably only ever allow a few token talented women to break through. It's blatantly a boys club. Don't assume she can compete on the same level. As soon as she stops making money for HYBE, she's done. Women don't get to ride on past glories like men do. They also don't get access to the same bonding opportunities.

she's the CEO of Ador and CBO of Hybe. She's has the same status as Teddy who is the CEO of The Black Label and producer under YG.

Because of sexism. That's how it is in most industries all around the world, not only in kpop. There's always more male executives...

MHJ is pushing and expoiting underage children, so she fits right in.
