Nepo Babys and KPOP

Since anons are uneducated in what is a nepobaby and dropname every idol at this point:

A nepo baby is someone who has a FAMOUS relative, someone who brought fame into their lifes because their career had success

Emma Roberts, Lily Rose-Depp, Maude Apatow, those are nepobabys, girls who got famous because they had a relative that has a career.

In Kpop there are a few nepobabys, but its not rich children, they didn't got their fame on their parents or brothers.

I'm confused. Is a nepo baby someone who has a relative who was already famous in Kpop? Or is a nepo baby someone who comes from a very rich family who couldve bought their way in to be a trainee and then idol due to family donations to the label?
