Honestly, are people even paying attention to the minute differences in the songs? When i predicted that these girls could become an existential threat to the rest of Kpop, it wasnt primarily about the specific song quality. MHJ just did a fantastic job of planning the entire rollout, from their MVs and general vibe/aesthetics, the casting of the members, and the decision to do the 90s rehash music for all of their singles.
Bottom line, i dont think it matters which song is pushed. I think this group represents a potentially massive cultural reset that goes way beyond their individual songs.

Attention is the right single to push. Hype Boy is doing way better in SEA countries than Attention but Attention is still really close in streams. Which means that Attention is getting more streams in Western countries than Hype Boy. TTH is mostly a Western playlist, so putting Attention on there makes more sense.
Attention still deserves it more
