Why is Huening Kai so underrated?

He’s the best singer in Txt and is very unique. Yet he’s the least popular and is even less popular than his sister. Why is he so underrated?

It's just that his popularity in his group is in the middle, meanwhile his sister is one of the most popular in her group.
