    Wow almost as if different groups are at different levels of success and thus have different expectations. Never would've thought of that.

    KTL is a proof of that, Once were calling More and More, I can't stop me, The feels and Alcohol Free hit songs yet all of them did less than KTL in both SK and Internationally

    You are referencing only reaction of their own 'fandoms', by definition fans are not objective in their standards. So of course they will have different standards (excuses) for their faves and different for others.


    But even objective measurements are multi dimensional,

    1. The group against itself - its previous release/previous best etc.

    2. The act against the top act - by category (GG/BG/Solo) or in general

    3. By market - Korea, international - SEA/China/Billboard etc.

    4. By generation, by medium (physical/digital/views/likes/followers) etc.,


    of course fans can come with bizarrely specific objective scale e.g. Best 4th gen GG who debuted in this decade who charted more than X points in Y chart... phew.. to get some bragging rights.

    The feel are hit to twice not blackpink. If blackpink hit 80 at bb hot 100 with singgle english with is blackpink will get hate everywhere
