The reason nugu groups stay unpopular is because their songs suck

If the song was actually good, it would’ve went viral and go up the charts.

That’s why Bboom Bboom, Up and Down, Rollin, and After School hit it big. Because they’re actually good songs. If your faves release decent songs they would rise out of nugudom

right…as if promotions, good management, being in established companies ect. don’t help at all for a group to achieve success. also most of the groups you said were one hit wonder

also it doesn’t necessarily mean that the song is bad if it doesn’t chart well, especially if it’s released by a nugu group, it may just not have virality.

Kind of agree but I will never understand how Dalla Dalla charted well but Secret Number's Who Dis? didn't... It's so obvious how big the company of the group is influence in the charting. I guess it's only changed now with Melon reform, if it was back in the day I bet Girls and o.o would be on top.

dumbest argument i’ve ever heard. songs that go viral tend to be good but being good is not the only requirement for a nugu song to go viral. your logic doesn’t work in both directions. luck is a very important factor for nugu songs to blow up. otherwise what you’re saying is in history there have only been about a couple dozen good songs made, out of the millions that exist. lmao so stupid
