Will RM’s solo be successful?

What do you think he’s gonna serve? Will he chart high on Melon/Spotify and have good sales? Or will it be fumbled like Jhope’s solo debut?

Depends on your definition of success..

All BTS solos will do very well, within and outside Korea, at least top 30 of the charts.

Of course Jungkook, V, Suga and Jimin maybe are bound to do better than the rest 3.

However will they be top 1 or top 5 - say in Korea beat LYW or Be'O (SMTM star of the year), that is the question.

That RM might not be able to, whereas JK, Suga have higher chances of doing so.

That is the perception, but hit-makers can always challenge change perceptions - depends on the song, depends on the situation at the point of release etc.,

he will do well in spotify since international armys stream there. In melon, considering jhope's solo flopped there, I'm gonna expect a flop too unless he's gonna do a public friendly song. For physical, I'm expecting a 600k or more sales.
