So what had INSANE budget they shot in so many locations with such detail

Why Not was mostly sets but they absolutely did spend a lot on practical effects

PTT was probably much lower budget than the others but still the sets were very well crafted so probably not cheap either

LOONA is extremely specific about locations and aesthetics and uses a lot of practical effects

none of those come cheap

Yeah i also don’t see how this is low budget. Sure, the budget of the Big4 is bigger but this is far from low budget. Especially the editing of the highlight medley does not seem low budget

even the big4 can be very low budget often ( looking at SM and JYP )
