It's likely fans who really bought into the fantasy over the years. If you did, it's probably a rude awakening to find that members have had a life outside of BTS all along. Particularly after all these years of non stop ot7 content that showed the members cuddling and sharing food and sleeping in the same beds and all that stuff. There are fans who genuinely believe that that kind of content isn't fanservice and instead shows how BTS interact on an average day.

i have absolutely no idea. maybe his solos wish he hates them? and if they repeat it a million times it will become true?
Not only solos, non armys think this too.

I think it is because his popularity soared even more and people say all kind of things about him because of insecurity.
They think that just because he has celebrity friends and he is vocal about his friendships, he doesn't care about the members. And the fact that he probably wanted out of the group at some point, it doesn't mean he doesn't like the members. He is often the loudest when it comes to hyping the other members.
