Let me just get this clear I don't have a problem with V having friends outside bts. I love that he has a good support system outside bts but watching them in a show that is like a safe place for bts and army is weird.

bts are, besides his close friends/brothers, also his co workers. their goal will be keeping the fans happy & making good content (getting filmed 24/7 too), so it's not surprising that he might feel like he can let those worries go for this show & focus on taking some time with other people without having that pressure 24/7.

Why would it be a shocker? At the end of the day, BTS were put together by the company. They are colleagues. They might be close but still colleagues. There's a difference between friendships with people you work with and friendships with people you choose.

Absolutely. They all have their own group of friends separate from the group. Isn't Jimin a member of the parka brothers? I haven't heard of them together for a while so maybe not.
Spending all day all week together with the same group of people it's normal to want to spend time with other people and have a break from the same faces no matter how close they are. People work the best together when they spend time apart.
