Why are Aespa stuck at 13?

    Aespa literally is the top gg of all generations of kpop according to sm stans, yet they are stuck in 13, even Feel My Rytm did better yet is seen as a flop-mid song, is Aespa flopping now? yes, but why?

    #13 is perfectly fine. The song is honestly not that impactful, but for such a lukewarm reception to the song, #13 is great to be honest.


    It's "flopped" due to expectations, in part completely encouraged by Aespa's fandom that they were this massive digimon who will destroy the charts.


    Their own worst enemy to be honest. For many groups #13 is a great effort and a good result. Hubris have given the perception the song flopped, and that's very much SM and Aespa's fans own fault.


    That's why IVE and Idle fans would be do well to just be humble in success, that way you can ride out the inevitable dips in charting as the public taste changes.

    99% of kpop groups cant even chart or stay in top 100 melon anymore with their TT. Aespa has 5 songs in melon 100 right now. With bunch of songs sm made that aren't public friendly at all. Thinking Aespa is flopping is honestly funny, whatever makes you haters sleep at night I guess.

    Because the song is weak. They are not at a level where they can release anything and it will do well. Next Level and Savage are bigger than Aespa is. They need to deliver more songs like that and not try to establish themselves as musically diverse, because nobody cares.

    Charting past title tracks aren't a big deal specially if they are younger than 1 year and a half. Most songs charting life now take it up to a year and a half, having 2 past title tracks along 2 prereleases and the title track is nothing impresive

    Please spill the groups that have 5 songs(2 b sides) that charts in top 100 at same time in melon 24 hrs chart. Because bar Bts? I don't see it as common in kpop. That's 2 b sides.
